My name is Toros95 and I’ll be writing about FC Dallas for MLSNow. I have been an FC Dallas fan since I went to my first game in 2010. During the 2010 I only supported them casually, I was able to attend three games, including the semi-final game against Real Salt Lake where Eric Avila scored the winner in the 88th minute.

After the 2010 season, I began to follow the team more closely. I found a fan website ran by a man named Buzz Carrick called “3rd Degree.net”. On 3rd Degree I was able to read practice reports, learn about the MLS Superdraft and who could be a potential good pick for Dallas, transfer rumors, and well, I could read anything I wanted about the club on that website. When 2011 rolled around, I watched all but one game on tv, due to Directv having blacked that game out.

In 2017 I was able to get season tickets for the first time and since then, have attended almost all FC Dallas home games, the games I’ve missed were usually due to having school or work.

2010 was the first year I ever watched professional soccer, before then my only experience with the game had been through cartoons and three years of recreational soccer. The 2010 World Cup and going to an actual soccer game got me interested in watching the game live.

I recently started following Arsenal for my EPL team. I’ve had some interest in the team since Brek Shea of FC Dallas went on a training stint with them in 2012. When I finally decided to follow the EPL and select a team to support, Arsenal was one of the first clubs that came to mind.

I am excited and honored to be a part of MLSNow!
